Are your lamps in a store?

No, I don’t have the lamps in a store due to the 50% markup. But you can contact me if you would like to see the lamps I have available in my workshop.

Do you ship the lamps?

Yes, I ship all table lamps and the tripod floor lamps within the United States. Free delivery is also available for customers located in Madison WI and surrounding areas. Please contact me to arrange it.

What if the lamp I want is sold out?

Please contact me if your favorite lamp is sold out on the website. I will make it a priority to make it.

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns are accepted within 14 days. The customer is responsible for return shipping or delivery. Please contact me if you need to return or replace your lamp.

How do I clean the lamp?

The lamp shade can be wiped off or removed from the base and washed with dish soap and warm water.

What do I do if it breaks?

The lamp shade is very durable. If anything happens to the shade or the base please contact me and I will replace it or fix it.

Where do I find replacement light bulbs?

1. Bulbs for tall tubular shades: T30, 12W, 100 watt, 3000K Soft White, 11.8” tall light bulb. It can be purchased here: Amazon.

2. Bulbs for small tubular shades: T10, 8W, 75 watt, dimmable, 3000K soft white, 7.3” tall light bulb. These bulbs can be purchased here: Amazon.

3. Standard Bulbs for lamps with drum shades and for pinecone or tulip lamps: Sylvania TruWave, dimmable, 100W led bulb. This quality glass bulb will provide the best light and color. They can be purchased here: Menards or online. Please make sure that they are Bright White, 3500K. The color temperature of the bulb will affect the appearance of the design.
