Material: The lamp shade is made of fiberglass and resin, the same material that is used to make boats, aircraft and surfboards, among other things. It has vibrant colors and beautiful translucency reminiscent of stained glass. It is washable, durable and will last a lifetime. The base is hardwood.
Construction: This lamp is composed of a single, hand-cast pipe, secured with nylon bolts. It has one seam in the back. The print, the fiberglass and the resin are fused together during the casting process.
